Who do you sell to?
We sell wholesale to established needlework shops with a valid retail presence and who do not sell at a constant discount.
How can I place an order?
You can order through email, by phone, or through snail mail. Order forms are available upon request and will be sent with your orders.
What do I need to set up an account?
You need to have proof that you are a valid shop. This can be in the form of TNNA membership, tax/resale certificate, website, yellow pages ad, or I may already know about you!
How can I make payments?
Payments are accepted by credit card, check, or money order. A net-30 account is available after a first order is complete and will continue as long as the account is in good standing. Shops outside of the U.S. will need to contact us for payment arrangements.
Who can get a trunk show?
Any shop with a current account can get a trunk show. Trunk shows last from 4-6 weeks, depending on the circumstances and events going on in your shop. There are two types of shows – full shows and accessory only shows. The full shows will have an assortment of patterns and accessories. These are great for retreats and special shop events. The accessory only shows are great any time of year! Get a variety of merchandise on hand without the risk of stale inventory! There is a small minimum, due at the end of the show. There are three full shows, and unlimited accessory shows, that travel to shops at any time, please contact us for additional information and to set one up!
